I made it.  I'll spare you the gruesome details of this week, but I made it.  And I'm back now.  This week has taught me a lot about strength, about friends, about life... even about food?

I know.

It was almost more than I could handle, but still.  Here I am.

This is the beginning of some new leaves turning:  only choosing to do the things that make me happy, taking on only the projects I can handle and especially giving attention to those that I've been putting off.  Realizing I need to dump the friendships have just gotten weird and unhealthy, and nurture more those that have been there all along.  Getting back into the flow of my circle, my hoop.  Taking time for myself with my yoga classes and heeding the advice of friends that know me all too well.  Eating the things that make me feel good instead of eating a bunch of processed crap. The only way you get through times like these are to just sit and focus on one area at a time instead of overwhelming yourself with the ridiculousness of it all.

But most importantly, accepting the fact that, you know what?  Life is going to cost you, whether it's money, time, or your health.
